A medical release/emergency contact form must be completed for each camper. If you have attended camp in 2011 you do not need a new form. Click Here to download the form.
FEE PAYMENTS:
If attending in Loganville at Meridian Community Center - Camp fee of $100 is due upon registration and should be paid by check made payable to WCBOC (Walton County Board of Commissioners). Walton County requires that you include driver’s license number and date of birth on checks. Supply fee of $20 should be made payable to Good Tree Coaching.
If attending in Snellville at Centerville Community Center or Ingleside Presbyterian Church- Camp fee of $120 is due upon registration. Make checks payable to Good Tree Coaching, LLC.
